Required to be completed by owner, and signed and stamped by the club's responsible Person (Registrar), with either Safety Inspection Report (Pink Slip) or club inspection. (292.3 Kb) |

Vehicle Suitable for Safe Use Declaration - form 1245:
by Transport for NSW.
Required for self-declaration by owner in lieu of Safety Inspection Report (Pink Slip) for HVS registration of non compliant vehicles such as tractors, steam traction engines etc. |
